try to reduce the use of cars because it is one of the causes to this issue

To solve any issue, we need to destroy the causes of it, and to destroy those causes we need a smart lead from the scientists. So in my opinion we need to reduce the uses of CFCs - the main cause-

Laws and rules should be stricter in order to stop the offenders..

as it shows in my answers above, people are aware of the problem but not aware of the imapct of the damage it causes, they need more awarenees on the issue and that's when the government should intervne .. it should make campaigns .. put new regulation and laws .. not only on companies because they're part of the problem.. the other part lay within the consumers themselves .. they really must get into a more healthy consumers habits
